General Prayer Support updates are generally sent out quarterly although they could also be sent out as often as every 6 weeks.

In general these points of connection provide updates on Heart of Heaven ministries, client testimonials, and the overarching prayer points for us and for our clients.

Generally speaking, infrequently, although we don't exactly have control over when these moments arise. Typically these in-the-moment requests go out when a client is in a place of extreme need and prayer covering (along with us) in certain ministry sessions.
