Although Robin said yes to Jesus at age four, it wasn’t until much later in life that she learned about the love of the Father. “Up to that time (and having grown up with neglect, abuse, & addiction), it was more about obedience & religion, but once I experienced His heart for me as His daughter, it changed everything.”
After a short-term mission trip in Africa, and having experienced the Holy Spirit working through her, she started thinking, “I shouldn’t have to leave the country to be used by the Lord” and began asking the Lord for her ‘lane’ in the Kingdom. Soon after, she joined the Prayer Team at her local church, and has never looked back. She’s been involved with various prayer ministries for over 10 years, & will eagerly tell you it’s her great joy to pray for people: to embrace them where they’re at, sharing the truth of God’s Word, & placing their hand in the hand of the Father – all with great expectancy of what He will do. She believes no wound is too deep or sin too great for the precious, ‘it is finished’ work of the Cross of Christ. Robin carries gentleness, compassion, & discernment, creating a safe place for clients to encounter the love, truth & identity that only comes from Him.
Robin has been married to her husband Daren, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, for 27 years, and has a miracle son (Luke) after many years of infertility.
Fun Fact: Robin loves animals & zoos! Her animal encounters have included: a Wolf, fennec fox, Lemur, Skunk, Canadian Lynx, Serval, Capybara, Snow Leopard, a baby Otter, & an Albino raccoon, to name a few. She connects deeply with the Lord in creation & worship music.
