My name is Pat McDaniel, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Assistant, Fundraising, and Donor Development Support for Heart of Heaven Ministries. Joining the ministry in 2026 has been a tremendous blessing, allowing me to combine my passion for ministry, relationship-building, and organizational leadership to help expand the mission of bringing hope, healing, and restoration through Christ.
Before joining Heart of Heaven, I spent nearly 30 years serving in ministry, nonprofit leadership, and community development. I had the privilege of helping to develop poverty-alleviation initiatives at Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries, serving as Director of Strategic Ministry Partnerships and Poverty Alleviation Trainer, following my role as Director of Assimilation & Outreach at Cross Mountain Church. As a fully bilingual leader, I am passionate about building bridges across cultures, equipping churches and community partners, and cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and ministry supporters that advance God’s Kingdom.
When I’m not serving at Heart of Heaven, I enjoy encouraging and equipping leaders through my ministry, Limitless 3:20, where I help others discover their God-given purpose and leadership potential. My ministry is grounded in the beautiful balance of John 15:5 and Philippians 4:13: apart from Christ, I can do nothing, yet through Him I have strength for every assignment. My life verse, Ephesians 3:20, continually reminds me that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power at work within us. It is a privilege to serve alongside this incredible ministry, and I look forward to seeing all God has in store.
